Steve Mitchell, MSPT, Owner
Steve Mitchell, MSPT, owner, is a manual therapist who truly loves his job. With over twenty-five years of experience, he delivers a wealth of knowledge, experience, and compassion to his patients, staff and the doctors with whom he works. Steve enjoys the individualized attention he is able to give patients and the opportunity to teach and coach everyone he treats. He feels lucky to be working alongside a dedicated and experienced team of therapists.

Susan Gibbons, PT, DPT
Susan Gibbons, MS, DPT graduated from Duke University Medical School in 2006. She is a manual therapist who specializes in hands-on corrective techniques and has found success using the Graston technique (soft tissue work using tools) and Jones Counterstrain (positional joint and soft tissue release). She combines these techniques with joint mobilization and muscle energy techniques to help improve patients' mobility and function. She is a Russian Kettlebell Certified instructor and enjoys using kettlebells in rehabilitation. Susan has had an overwhelming positive response from her patients and doctors.

Tarah Hoelter, PT, DPT
Tarah Hoelter, DPT, PT completed her physical therapy degree at Eastern Washington University in Spokane, in 2009. Tarah is a manual therapist with a strong background in post-surgical rehabilitation and training in shoulder rehab and running analysis. After her own athletic experiences and personal sports injuries, Tarah understands the importance of getting patients back to their active lifestyles. Patients and staff enjoy working with Tarah and we are lucky to have a post-surgical specialist on board.

Daniel Ernest, PT, DPT
Daniel Ernest, DPT, received his physical therapy degree from the University of Saint Augustine in San Diego, in 2014. Dan has a strong interest in performing manual therapy techniques to allow his patients to return to their favorite activities without limitations. In his off time he enjoys working out and athletics including golf, basketball and distance running and uses that personal knowledge and experience to enhance his patient's performance.

Jill Mitchell, Owner
Jill has been working behind the scenes from day one. She wears many hats in the clinic and performs marketing, HR duties and most any other tasks that need completed. Her friendly and inviting attitude set the tone for the clinic and her efforts ensure a smooth running operation.

Judy Baseel, Office Manager
Judy has over five years experience with the physical therapy business. She has been a patient advocate for three years, dealing with insurance billing and accounts receivables. Helping our patients get the most with their insurance benefits. Judy has taken many classes to better improve her overall understanding in the ever changing coding and Medicare guidelines. -
Sarah Young, Office Assistant
Sarah Young, a science major from Hawaii Pacific University, has been with us for over a year and is currently studying massage therapy at East West College of Healing Arts. Sarah is located at both locations handling administration. In her free time she loves going to the park with her two dogs; Mila and Diesel.

Marissa Baseel, Office Assistant
Recently achieving a certificate in medical billing, works at both locations doing administration and works with the office manager learning the reins of the billing portion of the business. Outside of work Marissa is recently married and enjoys spending time with her husband, their families and friends.

She focuses on insurance relations, patient accounts, reception and keeping up the general flow of the office. While not working, Andrea is a busy mother of two young children ages four and 18 months and enjoys cooking, gardening and many outdoor sports with her husband and children. |
